I wore this dress to a wedding and got SOOOOOO many compliments on it!
I am 5'4 but definitely had issues with this dress creeping up. I ordered a 0 and a 2 and ended up wearing the 2. I'm so glad I did because I can't imagine how much the 0 would have crept up. I would definitely recommend using tape for the back because it is so open the shoulders started to slip forward a bit. If you don't plan to do much dancing you might be safe.
