I wore this to a masquerade party. It runs small, the OR fit fine everywhere except the armpit/chest area where it was digging in quite a bit. The 2R fit pretty similarly but was slightly baggy in the same area. I wore the larger size. This dress is rather short, and I noticed no difference in length between the two sizes. The lining on the 2R had either stretched out or been steamed incorrectly because it was hanging below the bottom of the lace. I wore it anyway. I got several compliments and definitely felt very glamorous.

I didn't end up wearing this dress, I wore my backup instead. First of all, there is only one pocket, but the placement on the sideseam makes it feel strange, I kept searching for the other pocket. The colors are very vivid and beautiful, but the dress was not steamed properly and the folds were sticking out in weird ways, so it was not hanging on me correctly, If you don't have the time/patience/equipment to steam this yourself don't bother renting it. The fabric is thick and I didn't dare try my regular iron on it. It runs slightly small, I wear a 38 or sometimes even a 36 and this was quite fitted on me.

This dress is stunning. I got non-stop compliments all night. It does run a bit large, but it wasn't very noticeable. It is also very, very short, so no jumping jacks! The pockets are great, I wish all dresses had pockets! The sides can be ballooned out but the front and back panels are sewn flat.
