I definitely needed to wear my highest heeled sandals, but the dress is very cute. I wore it with a backless bra that I purchased at a store. Another option is using nipple tape.

The dress fits as if it was a two piece outfit of a sweater and pencil skirt. The length was down to my knees and the skirt part is form fitting.
