Cute dress and very comfortable but def look at all the pics - the back is open down to the waist - which RtR does show but i only looked at the first image. I put a sweater blazer over it gor work and was find - though it hid the sleeves which are a cute feature...

Loved this shirt - very comfortable but also stylish for work. I paired it with a black blazer but if you wore it alone it has really cute buttons on one shoulder which i didnt notice in the pictures.
