This dress was perfect for a fall, evening wedding where the dress code was more “casual”. Fashion tape didn’t really hold up for long but I didn’t really need it. My only complaint is that there is no stretch at all and when you have a tight fitting skirt with a loose top, that’s not a great situation unless you have slim hips/bottom, which I do not. The sleeves at the forearm and the waist were especially tight. I would have preferred the small for the top but it would not fit over my bum so I wore the medium, and the top felt a bit loose for the style. Everyone else thought it looked amazing though!

The sleeves are fairly delicate so be careful with them. It also hides wrinkles in low light so if you're going to be on stage, like I was, be sure to steam it, like I didn't lol I ordered a 6R and it fit pretty much like a glove although I would usually order a 4.

It is a bit awkward/tight in the shoulders and let me WARN YOU right now - where the "cape" connects to the hem is a Danger Zone and I often got caught on chair corners. Thankfully nothing damaged the dress but it did nearly trip me up a couple of times. That said, treat it like you're wearing a gown and adjust your movements accordingly. I wish I could have purchased it! I felt like a Cool Queen and a Superhero at the same time.
