I love this dress. The neck line is really flattering and I didn't have to wear a bra (I'm a 36D). I did tape the back of the dress so that the lace wasn't "flopping" down and I also wore nipple covers but I probably didn't need to. I am usually a size 10 and the Large fit well. It doesn't suck you in at all but the lace does camouflage some lumps. When choosing this dress for a wedding I looked at it on the model. I am about 3 inches shorter than the model so i thought that it would be about three inches longer on me. That was NOT the case. I have a butt and hips and I'd say it was actually shorter on me than on the model. When I sat down I had to have a napkin or my hand covering my lap because it came all the way up my thighs when I sat down. Also not the best dress for dancing - my boobs were probably jiggling a bit much and it's pretty restrictive on your hips. Best dress ever for taking pictures or events where you do a lot of standing around but not great, in my experience, for a wedding. Also FYI I wore this to a June wedding in Virginia and the temp was about 83 degrees. I was not too hot despite the long sleeves.

I'm usually a size 6. I probably could have worn the size 4 but the 6 was perfectly comfortable. I didn't wear a bra just petals. I liked this dress a lot because of it's sexy simplicity.

This was originally my back up dress but I ended up loving it! The medium was a little loose in the chest so I wore the small but really probably could have worn either size as it does have a bit of stretch. I agree with other reviewers you will need tape if you want to keep the collar straight and it is not a true shiny gold like in the picture. I think because it has been washed so many times. It was a gorgeous dress and I'm still getting compliments from people on it!

I am usually an 8 but ended up wearing the ten. The 8 zipped up and made my boobs look better but the 10 was more comfortable. I will say the only negative is that it was very large on top. I'm a 34D and the dress didn't lay flush to my chest, it gaped out a little. Not enough to be noticeable but enough that they didn't look as "perky" as they would if it had fit properly. I didn't wear a bra and the material was thick enough so there was no nipple action. I think this dress looks gorgeous on every person here who has posted a photo. I strongly recommend it! Just get it early because there were only 2 size 8's left when I ordered 3 months in advance!!!
