Great dress for an after-work event. This was a little too dressy for my business casual office, but I could see if being a great work wear piece if your office is more formal. Material is very stretchy and comfortable. I typically wear an 8 but went with the 10 just so it wasn't too tight in the hip. I could have even tried the 12, so I recommend sizing up. This was harder to wear with a bra than I expected - I decided to go braless since the structure and material provided enough support. The fit is cut to emphasize a smaller waist and is especially great for hourglass shapes.

This dress got so many compliments and was perfect for an outdoor California wedding. The color is a beautiful deep orange/coral (not quite as coral as my photo suggests, but deeper than the RTR model photo). The elastic helped ensure a nice fit on the waist. My only challenge was with the back - it's open with a bar of fabric that snaps across. It's supposed to cover your bra band, but it did not fall quite right since the top runs large. Safety pins would have fixed the problem, but I didn't have any on hand at the hotel. I loved that this had pockets, but be aware that you really can't put anything in them without it being very obvious.
