Cute but I wouldn't buy it
I wore it once it was comfortable, cute, and easy to put on to look put together. I did find the top four little buttons super annoying to do up and to undo and that would be reason enough not to buy this.

Super cute however I found the bows on the sleeves to get in the way and be a bit annoying. I was at work so this didn't apply but I could totally see these being a hassle if you wore this out to dinner.

It's a no from me.
Super cute on top but a hot mess on the bottom. The waist band was so slack and baggy that it looked ridiculous. If it fit as I imagine it was intended to fit, it would be great!

Easy to wear and comfortable.
I loved how easy it was to put on and how it is short but doesn't ride up. You don't have to worry about it blowing around in the wind as you do with some short skirts/dresses.

Wasn't a fan of the huge cuff.
I didn't love these. They were comfortable but the fabric is super heavy. The cuffs are also pretty big and, since the fabric is heavy, they kind of don't stay folded up perfectly and kind of flop down in places if that makes sense.

I thought it was pretty but didn't end up wearing it because it was pretty low cut and I didn't have any of the tape stuff to feel secure. It is very pretty though. Kind of a nuisance to get on. I would wear with something higher waisted too unless you want it to be cropped.

I burst out laughting when I tried it on.
The fabric is lovely and it would be a great dress for me, if not for the sleeves. I have come to the determination that puff sleeves are just not for me. Maybe these were extra poofy but I started laughing as soon as put the dress on which, generally, is not a good sign.
