Plastic material that wrinkles
This dress was a case of it fit perfectly but did not flatter due to the plastic tarp like material constantly wrinkling even after steaming and the seam horizontal across the bust is also a bit awkward. I’m a 36B right now and the chest was tight. It does have pockets though!

Low open back issues
This dress was cute but definitely runs large! My main issue was that the open back was so loose you could see down to my butt crack so I did not wear it. I suppose you could use fashion tape or wear a long blazer to cover. I'm a pretty standard size 8 dress size and the medium was baggy

Bizarre cut and will choke you
While the large zipped and fit my size 8 pear shaped body (32b on top and size 8/10 pants) it did not flatter. The strap chokes you a little bit and the pointy part was weird on my shoulder it looked like a Halloween costume or something. Quality was pretty good though. It might look better on someone bustier or with a short torso. Rent at your own risk!

Trendy simple black sweater for dinner

PERIOD COSTUME ALERT
I've had my eye on this cape for a while- after all RTR is all about stepping out of your comfort zone and trying new things. However this one was such a bust. The length was super awkward on me with the bottom hitting me right at the widest part of my bum. The flap up top gave major hunchback vibes at the neck. Don't get me wrong this is a high quality garment! Fabric is lux and construction was amazing but it just made me feel like I was in a period costume! Rent at your own risk lol

FABULOUS FORMAL WEAR
Rented this for a black tie wedding and it did not disappoint! Extremely luxe and flattering. It photographed matte but in reality it has a mild satin sheen. The ruffle was so sassy and fun on the dance floor. There is a slit that hit slightly above my knee (but it was super tasteful/appropriate since the ruffle covers it) I wore with a strapless bra and biker shorts spanks but they are not needed as the material is thick and holds you in. 8L was perfect on my 5'8" frame with 4" heels

Pop art print with pockets
I loved throwing on this swingy pop art number for a post nuptial garden after party. It has a zipper up the back to easily get in and out of and 2 fully functional pockets! I felt like it was conservative enough length wise plus the high neckline. No spanx needed. It also has those little bra strap holders to keep a regular bra tucked in , I'd recommend going with a racer back or strapless though. The neckline is a little tight but I'm a 32B so I thought it was fine to wear for a day

Nordic ski trip jacket
I wore this jacket for a Nordic ski trip up to Maine. It is cropped but I sized up to add length and the sleeves are full length and it comes with a good sized hood you snap on. It only has snap buttons for closure so it was not the best choice for snow sports but I made it work. Also the pockets were weirdly far back like under my armpit deeming them not functional. Very warm in 20-30°F weather. It is bulky I'm not sure how the other girls reviews were able to wear it "off the shoulder" style

Rented for a weekend in Florida. This dress was easy to throw on and wear. Slightly more lined and heavier weight than a standard sundress yet still casual. Material felt luxe. Skater style was flattering I didn't feel the need to wear spanx or shape wear. Easy to wear with strapless bra since the backband covers it up, could also do sticky bra or braless. TRENDY FIT but Loose/low cut in the bust
Lots of buttons to get this baby on but it's lined with a soft silky material. I'm 5'8" with a booty and rented the large and felt it was long enough. My main gripe was how loose it was in the chest and low cut, I actually ended up wearing a tight black turtleneck and tights under because I felt more comfortable and secure. I probably could have safety pinned it to make it work without. This piece arrived slightly worn looking (time to retire it) and it wrinkled easily I had to personally steam

Snazzy in the Snow!
I am OBSESSED with the fact that RTR now carries legit performance ski wear. Delivered new with tags & detached hood. This coat/snowpants set was cute & made me feel like a total ski bunny (with compliments nonstop). I wore a base layer and my thinnest fleece under it which was def tight but wearable. This is definitely a slim cut coat so size up (by 1-2) if you are planning on layering at all. Has interior snow skirt, goggle wipe, thumb loops,no armpit vents. I wore in 20F all day&was very warm

Pros: Rented for work , color was cute, the fit was flattering, conservative, and had pockets ! Definitely size down. Dress has a zipper down the back, can be difficult to zip all the way up on your own. Cons: material is very plastic-y and made me sweat and it trapped inside and got kinda stinky. For that reason alone I would not recommend renting this dress. I was indoors in a moderate temperature and I'm not even a big sweater! By the end of the day I couldn't wait to unzip and shower. You've been warned : Only rent if you plan to wear for a few hours! Forget about a day to night transition unless you wanna reek up the place

Solid green top , I felt like it ran a little large but the swingy cut was flattering. Sleeves are a nice level of puff. I wore it to work then dressed down and twisted the front in a knot to pair with high waisted dark wash denim for an evening bar event - quite versatile ! The fabric is thick too!

I am a big fan of three things: Ramy, maroon, and off the shoulder chiffon blouses. However ...this completely missed the mark. I rented the small because I have a small bust and narrow shoulders and I was swimming in it ! Nothing about this top flattered me the cut was also awkwardly too short yet too long on my longer 5'8" torso. Hit me at my largest part on my middle creating a "mrs circus balloon tent" effect. ~So Chic~ I tried it tied and untied up top and nothing worked I immediately put it back in the bag. I think this might potentially work if you are short and busty but hey roll the dice on this one. Sorry not posting the pic.

Important to note , there is no zipper! You have to shimmy in and out so plan time to redo some hair since it's a tight squeeze. Also the hanger straps need to be tucked in but they stay tucked since it's a tight squeeze. Fabric is thick and flattering, found it rough to wear spanks due to the small gap on the top of the stomach. Loved the look overall !

This coat is like a giant piece of thin felt, it's unlined and very oversized. I would have needed a belt to make it work. The pocket situation was unusual too. It clung to my clothes too much to make it work. Immediately returned. Skip this piece unless you want an oversized piece of mustard felt.

Cute pop of pink but not a true winter coat!
The pop of pink under the collar was adorable ! This coat is very lightly lined and is more of a long blazer than a true pea coat. I think anyone would be cold in it if it's less than 50°F. The white checks looked a little dirty and off colored for some reason. The fit was structured ...definitely more on the oversized large side though. I'm 5'8" and it was a nice length hitting mid thigh. It buttoned shut easily with the two buttons even though my hips are wider than my top half. My biggest complain with this coat is how wide the lapels lay on the chest , you would really need to layer up with sweaters and scarves for this to be a practical coat, but the shoulders and arms are a bit too tight for that. Sunnies for Spain
Rented these for my trip to Spain and LOVED the look. Cool greenish tortoise shell and the perfect tailored size. They came in a durable black leather SL case with two lens wipes. My only complaint is that they felt stretched out from repeated wears and would slip off my face due to that. Darkness level was perfect for the bright Spanish sun. A Swingy Spanish dream!
This top was absolutely perfect for my trip to Spain. It is completely sheer so you need to have a cami to go under. I wore this top with both black and white camis and both looked great and didn't dilute the color. There is a small button at the top with an elastic loop to close the top, in the photo I was wearing it unbuttoned. Both ways looked great but I just felt more comfortable with it open. The sleeves are so FUN ! The long necktie is attached in the back at the nape of the neck and can be wrapped in a multitude of ways. I had fun with styling the bow. PG designs feel luxe, high quality, and most importantly designed with the female form in mind ! I can't wait to rent the other PG pieces on RTR. I was so excited for this dress to arrive it looked universally flattering on all photos, but I was really disappointed. It felt potato sack like on my body and I am 5'8" and it was VERY short so I feel like sizing down wouldn't really help. Frills were awkward and too small on the arms and awkwardly cut on the bottom. The lining near the bust bunched too. Do yourself a favor and skip this one, RTR has better other dresses

The perfect black top
I never want to return this top. It made me feel like the belle(sleeve) of the ball each time I put it on ! I wore it to work , on a date, and even to thanksgiving dinner ! The bell sleeves are so pretty and it feels so soft like it is an expensive silky material. I'm 5'8" and it wasn't too short. Lower cut but I felt the neckline was still quite appropriate since I am a 32b bust. Small DOES run true to size (I was concerned since other reviews said it was teensy). Great basic top.

Three words: Flirty back ruffle !
This plaid dress is perfect for fall ! The material is thick and the cut is forgiving in the hips and very flattering. The shoulders ARE awkward they don't look quite right fully up with the elastic (kinda poofy) and don't lay quite flat when off the shoulder...but I was able to make it work and it didn't really bother me. Great fit for a smaller/narrow bust. This dress is on the shorter side (I'm 5'8") so I wore with tights to keep my booty in check. The back ruffle is absolutely darling. FYI This dress is definitely more of a "juniors" type sizing and style rather than "womens". There is a small side zipper under the armpit to help getting it on/off.

This coat arrived brand new with tags and a separate fur collar. I wore it without the fur to start but was sure to attach the collar for the more formal affair. Coat is soft and not itchy. Buttons snap shut. Collar attaches with little elastic loops to buttons. Inside of jacket is lined with a silky satin like material. Large pockets. True to size.

Oversized Gucci sunnies perfect for walking down struggle street
These shades are large and chunky. I found them to look more uniform brown plastic than tortoise like the pictures. Little Gucci logos on the side show everyone that you're ready to "stunt" and "block the haters". Style was cute and simple and I could see it being uniformly flattering on most face shapes. Knocking it down a few stars because the one side was screwed in so tightly I was afraid I would break them. This was my first RTR accessory rental it comes in a cloth RTR drawstring pouch and a Gucci logo semi-hard shell glasses case that need to be returned for full credit. These are the perfect shades for the days where "you can't even"
