Size 42 fit me at 5'9 160 and my wife at 5'7 150. Might be uncomfy if you're longer in the torso. The neckline and belt kinda gives sleeveless karate outfit? But still cute

Dress fit a little large on me, but still wearable. Had to pull it up and didn't feel snatched the way I wanted so if you're between sizes go down. Length was great for formal dress code but still able to dance without tripping. I'm 5'9 and wore 3 inch heels

This is a cute romper and I love that it’s stretchy, but it’s not TTS. I have a relatively short torso for my height and am usually a true medium. I would size up one size for a more comfortable fit.
