When my original dress became unavailable, I spent almost a half hour with a stylist and she finally came up with this one. I loved it even more than the original dress I had selected. When it didn't arrive before I had to leave for my event, another stylist called UPS to track it for me and call me back. She then had another package sent directly to my hotel which got there in time for me to wear to my brother-in-law's wedding. While there were a few snafus with this order (which has never happened to me before using RTR), their customer service more than made up for it. As for the dress...it was PERFECT. I literally never wanted to take it off. It was a little hard to get zipped, but once it was on it fit like a glove. I loved the material and every thing about it. I got compliment after compliment and felt amazing in it.
