A great dress for a Halloween wedding!
This dress fit true to size, but was slightly tighter in the waist. I usually wear between a 4 and 6, so this is understandable. It's super comfortable, HAS POCKETS!!, and is a great length for weddings. I wore it to our friends' wedding celebration at an art gallery and it was the perfect dress for the event. You can wear a regular bra with this, also, so maximum comfort!

Not for pear shaped ladies.
I went with the small and the medium as a back up, after reading other renters' reviews. The small was bunching and riding at my hips and waist, and slightly too big on top. The medium fit fine in the hips and waist, but was HUGE on top. Like, see-my-bra huge. Because there is no give in the fabric, I couldn't fudge the small. I was very disappointed in this dress, as I was wanting to wear it out on the town in Vegas. Bummer.

Excited to finally wear a Kate Spade, let down because it wasn't what I was expecting.
Unfortunately, I didn't get to wear this to my event, as it was too big on me when I received it. I went by what the other reviewers said, and ordered a size up because everyone said it doesn't give. It looked like a potato sack on me, and the color was a much browner mustard, which I was also disappointed in. The size I would have needed, a 4, wasn't available, so I just had to return the dress for a credit and wear my backup.
