I was attending the Miss Maryland USA pageant as a former titleholder. so I needed to look hot.
This dress was the perfect mixture of sexy and classy, yet understated. The photo I posted doesn't do it justice- the open back was the star of the show. I wasn't very comfortable in the dress, however. The arms, shoulders, and bust fit very small (I'm only a B cup). I wore a stick-on backless bra and I think the lines were quite visible from the front in certain lighting. The material was thick though, which I liked. Good for a few hours wear but I wouldn't be comfortable all evening in it.

A small desert wedding called for a sleek and simple look.
I'm one of those gals that can fit anywhere from a size 0 to 4, but based on other reviews I chanced the 0. It fit great... I just tucked boob pads inside and the dress held them in place. My only minor problem had to do with me, not the dress- I have a long torso so sometimes I get that little poof of fabric where my butt is supposed to be. It wasn't that noticeable though and I felt great wearing it. Also, I'm tall and the length was perfectly classy yet sexy. LOVED this dress.

I was attending a small wedding in the desert, so I was going for a sleeker look.
I wanted to get away from the typical statement necklace and go for something more streamlined and edgy. It came in great condition and looked awesome with my understated mint green dress. It does come down a little low but the neckline of my dress was fitted so it sat perfectly on top.

I wore this to a performance of The Nutcracker at Warner Theater.
Fabulous dress! I rented this for what I thought was a 7pm ballet performance at Warner Theater... although sparkly, the cut and color were still classy with simple makeup and a nude pump. Due to boyfriend error, we actually had the 2pm tickets, so rather than wear the XS which fit perfectly but was a tad short for any afternoon event (I'm 5'10" and look like a mailorder bride), I wore the S which was a more appropriate length but way too big. My jacket was on whenever I was standing up so it wasn't a huge issue. GREAT dress, kept me warm, and I'd rent the XS again for an evening event!
