A December black tie wedding called for something special.
This lovely necklace paired well with the style and neckline of the gown I was renting, but it hangs very low. I used a tiny safety pin to shorten the length and it was perfect.

A December black tie wedding called for something special.
My goal was to find a dress that is elegant and comfortable since I'd be wearing it all day and into the evening. This sparkly gown fit the bill perfectly -- and it even has pockets! I added a silver ribbon sash.

I wore this for 2 events: a presentation and an important meeting.
I loved the feminine styling of the details, but also how it was assymetrical -- a plain lapel on one side and frills on the other. This jacket is a dark chocolate brown, which I paired with white pants for a Florida event and khaki pants for a meeting in the Pacific NW.

I rented this dress for a December company holiday party.
This is a great dress for a company party -- the high neck and long sleeves are modest, but the fit and silky fabric are subtly feminine. The color is fabulous.
