The dress is beautiful. It's a thick, figure-flattering material. It is much shorter than it appears. I'm 5'3" and the right side of the dress barely skimmed my ankle bone. The left side of the dress is longer (there is this large drapey piece of fabric that is difficult to see in the photo), and even with 4 inch heels on, that part barely skimmed the floor. It was almost an awkward length on the right, but I think it was probably most noticeable to me.

i was in between a size 2 and a zero, and decided to wear the zero so i wouldn't spend the whole night pulling my dress up. the dress was gorgeous, true to color, and fit great. some of the pleats had fallen out when i received the dress, but it was difficult to see that without really scrutinizing the dress. overall really happy with this dress!
