Just okay.
The small was too small and the medium appeared to have been stretched a bit from other wearers. Straps arrived in a knotted mess that took awhile to untangle and figure out how to re-tie. The color wasn't great on my yellow undertoned skin and the fit was so-so -- a little big in a few areas then fine in others. I'd rent this as a back up dress but wouldn't wear again.

KY Derby
I thought for a Lilly dress this ran large for it's size. Wore to the KY Derby and ordered a 2 and 4, typically wear a 4 or 6 but ended up with the 2. I'd definitely rent again for a shower or luncheon. Dress was very comfortable, has pockets and not too short.

Worn to work a black tie gala.
I rented a 6L and 8, anticipating I'd need the long -- if you are above 5"7 definitely get the long, you'll need it. The cut of the 6L and 8 were totally different, the 6L was a little snug on my hips but the 8 was giant, I'm not sure if I just got two differently worn/stretched from wear dresses or if there really is that big a size difference. I typically wear a 4-6 but in this case I doubt I could have squeezed into a 4, I'd recommend ordering up a size. Dress overall was comfortable to wear, I wore to a work event, but like the other reviews I read say, there isn't any give in the material.

I did not end up wearing RTR because they had nothing back up my size.
This dress runs 1-2 full sizes small. I typically wear a 4 and unfortunately for me they only had the one size available when I ordered this dress so I didn't have a back up size. I got the 4 and it looked more like a 0-2, couldn't even fit above my hips. I returned it to the Chicago store but they had NOTHING in the store in a 4 or a 6 that was appropriate for a conservative wedding so didn't end up wearing any RTR that weekend and was really bummed out. I'd recommend ordering a size up from your normal size AND a size above that for the spare. All the reviews I read said it was 'true to size' but that definitely is not the case and even staff in the RTR store said as an FYI in the future that this designer runs a size or two small. Renter beware! Dress is also extremely short, if you're above 5"6 be prepared for it to be a mini.
