I would definately recommend renting this gorgeous dress. Received many compliments!
You can pull the lace bodice part up or down a little. Did not need to adjust the hem at all because you can pull gown down (for taller ladies) or pull it up (for shorter ladies). I am 5 feet, 120 lbs..the 38R fit perfectly!

Adjustable wrist bracelet. Be careful, though, as sometimes the opening part of the bracelet would get caught on my dress.
