All the reviews said it ran big.... it doesn't I couldn't wear it because it was too small

Runs Small in Waist and chest.
This dress is super cute, but I wasn't expecting it to be this small. I ordered my normal size, but this style was tight around my rib cage and waste. The zipper also runs over the ribbon around the waist and makes it very difficult to zip.

Got so many compliments on this. However, I'm 34 D and if it were any bigger chested I think it Would have been tight. my size fit perfect though. It was a good length, However make sure that you pull the Lining down.
