This dress is all wrong. Super short (prompting my 3 y/o to say "You forgot your pants.") Sleeves are huge and billowy. I live in New England where blue and white nautical stripes are practically a uniform. If it's bad here, it's bad everywhere.

Super cute. It's short. If you don't want to show lots of tummy wear high waisted pants. It's sheer! Will be fine with a neutral bra but true story: I had on a yellow one that lit up under the black light at the indoor mini golf kids party I wore it to!

Obviously this is a bright, stand out dress. I rented for a 1 year old bday party but it was too ridiculous even for that. It's very large. No shape at all and it really billowed in the back so looked stupid when I walked. It's oversized but cut low on the arms so your bra shows so it's not even easy to wear.
