I attended a small military wedding in this dress and I received many compliments, including from the photographer! My true size fit better than a size up. I didn't want to wear a bra and going a size up made it a little looser under the arm. It was slightly difficult to get the zipper past the waist but if the zipper is completely straight, you shouldn't have any problems.
