Weirdly casual fabric
Many of the photos make this dress look silver but the shimmer is more of a white-gold irl which makes the overall color of the dress an unflattering (at least for my cool/pale skin tone) green-greige…the fabric feels like an everyday jersey dress which is very at odds with the sparkle and event where I was planning to wear it… and I found I kept having to tuck the seams of the pleats back in from peeking out around the cutout. It apparently photographs quite well from all the other reviews but the feel of this dress was not it for me. 4 was teeny-tiny compared to the 6, didn’t even try to get it on.

Very cut out
Rented this on subscription to wear this to a spring post-wedding brunch, but when I saw the size of the cut-outs in person (it's basically full open back), I opted to wear something else. Still was able to make use of it at a laid-back pool party later in the month.

Great rehearsal dinner dress
Wore to a spring wedding rehearsal dinner whose dress code was "cocktail/smart casual." It was perfect and so flattering! The neck and waist do both feel a bit tight when you sit down, no stretch to the fabric, but overall worth it

So nice I wore it twice
I got a rtr subscription for a month with 3 weddings, and wound up wearing this to two of them! It's so flattering and great length for tall gals. You definitely need fashion tape for the neckline, it's low cut, but somehow still didn't feel to boob-y.

Wore this as a bridesmaid to a black tie wedding. So many compliments! The dress was structured, flattering, clearly great quality, and stayed up on its own although I did add tape to the neckline to be safe. Also, my shoes were fully visible (tall girl problems) but the length was pretty close to the ankle for me (5'11")

Something about the cut of the chest was fairly unflattering and makes me look saggy. I think the size S is just slightly too large for me. Plus you can’t wear a bra because of the back…I’ll likely still wear this one for a “garden formal” theme because my backup option didn’t fit

Gorgeous but small
Devastated that I couldn’t wear this one. Someone 5’10 and 140lb had rented the 4 so I went with that, but I am 5’11 and 145lb and it would not even zip halfway on me :((( there is no give to the fabric but it’s very pretty!

First real miss from RTR
I rented the SR and MR and was so irreconcilably between sizes that I went to H&M 20 min before the event and wore a $15 dress from there instead (Always try on in advance!). I found the cut of the bodice (size MR) very unflattering, my chest looked like it sagged to my waistline (the photo is me holding the right side up vs where it falls naturally on the left). The pattern looks amazing in photos but so bright as to be clownish in person. Couldn't figure this one out, would not recommend.
