I thought this dress was shimmery white; it's more like a subtle pattern of blue/aqua and pink, the ruffles in reality just didn't translate to how it looked in the RTR photo. Also there's this odd tan netting at the underarm and with that, there's just too much going on.

The dress fit fine at the waist but I didn't have the bust or shoulders to fill this out. It seems to be cut more for someone with an hourglass figure. I have a pretty straight figure, and the straps would not stay up.

I had some minor problems, but overall I liked this dress!! I always think black washes out my skin tone, and this dark aubergine was a great alternative. I have a pretty small bust and had wished I had some of that fashion tape, and the straps on the 0R that I wore seemed a little pulled and stretched out from other wearers, so it hung a little too low for my taste. Other than the color, the fact that it has pockets is great! I hate clutches, so I was able to easily put my cellphone, lip balm and some hair pins in the roomy pockets!!
