I LOVED this dress. Seriously considering buying it from Lilly. Background is more of a light blue color IRL. It's bright and fun. Perfect for birthday brunch in NYC. Lace work at neckline is a great detail. I'm normally a 14 due to broad shoulders and bust. This fit just right. Body was a little roomy, but held its shape well so I wasn't swimming in it. Would accommodate a baby bump and/or wider hips just fine. If you're smaller up top, I'd get your normal size and get 1 size down as backup.

I loved this dress! The fit is adorable and roomy, perfect for a hot summer day trip into the city. The belt didn't come with it but it didn't matter because I preferred the swingy trapeze shape better. PS this would be perfect as a maternity dress too as it's really roomy in the waist and hips. Also, normally have to wear a size 14 for most RTR (broad shoulders, larger chest, and wide ribcage), but was able to wear the large comfortably due to the elastic in the back. The XL was huge. Only flaw, there were stains on the right sleeve so I ended up changing at the last minute.

Really wanted to wear this dress to a wedding, but unfortunately the 12L didn't leave enough room in the bust for me. I'm a full 38C with a wide ribcage/short torso so structured bodices are sometimes an issue for me. But length was perfect for a 3-4" heel for me and the gold foil in the fabric gave it that perfect something extra.

This dress is oh-so-incredible. The green sequins catch the light and draw a ton of attention. My husband said I looked like Poison Ivy at a movie premiere. This was sent to me by RTR when the dress I ordered was unavailable. It was way too formal for the outdoor wedding I was going to, but I'm already hoping for an occasion when I can rent this!! It fits beautifully and has a bit of a train. Also, I'm 5'7" and even in my tallest heels (2" platform with 5" heel) it was dragging. Probably because it weighs a ton. The long is best suited for someone 5'9" or 5'10" with a normal heel.

Love this dress! It was sent as a backup when the dress I ordered couldn't be shipped. It was too formal for the summery outdoor ceremony I was going to, so I didn't end up wearing it. But otherwise this dress is awesome. The drapey sleeve is a bit weird to deal with since it goes across the zipper, but it falls beautifully. Also, I'm 5'7" and the long was the perfect length for 3-4" heels.

Wore this for my bridal shower. Length was perfect for running around to greet guests, but also sitting down and opening presents. The dolman-eqsue shape of the sleeve makes the bust of the dress roomier, but also can make you look wider. If you're hippy I'd probably size up. Everything fit like a glove in the size 8. The size 10 fit, but the sleeve construction made me feel like a linebacker. Texture of the dress definitely increased the formality of the dress, but you could easily throw on a jean jacket and flats OR some statement jewelry and heels and anything in between.
