So fun!
Easy to wear, many compliments. Considered buying but I think it's a touch too germnerous on the bottom...wish it had a little less fabric though my young adult daughter thought otherwise and liked the fit on me and we agreed it was the style/cut of the dress

Different, fun for work
The cut is different but flattering. As others mentioned, the arm holes are generous yet a little constricting based on the design. I sat in a meeting for several hours in this and it was fine. Lovely print.

Casual or perfect for work
Easy dress to tie the waist and is flattering. The sleeves narrow a bit from elbow to wrist so that you can pull back and it stays and looks gathered. Material is not thick and drapes fine.
