I ordered the 10 (my usual size) and the 12, but ended up wearing the 12. It was extremely flattering. This dress was so comfortable and easy to move around it. The slit up the back doesn't go so high that you can't wear mid-thigh shape wear - big win for sure. I am 5' 5" and wore 3 inches heels, and it perfectly skirted the ground. The material was quite thick so I would not recommend for an outdoor event that is warm. I really, really loved this dress!

I had been looking at this dress for quite some time, and finally rented it for a college graduation I was attending. I was pretty disappointed when I opened the bag- the material was much more metallic and way thicker than I expected. I expected the dress to hit mid thigh (I'm 5'5"), but it was about 1/4" past my knee. I normally wear between an 8 and a 10 depending on the style of dress, and I was absolutely swimming in the 8- I could grab a full handful of the dress at the back and it was still too large. Really disappointed that I couldn't wear this.

This dress fit like a dream! I ordered the 8R and wanted the 10R as a backup. Unfortunately it wasn't available, but the 8R was great. I am wearing 2.5 inch heels with it, and it barely grazed the ground (if you are tall, the R would be very short). It looked slightly different in person than in pictures, but the pattern was understated and not too flashy. I did have to pin the dress in the front to keep it from revealing too much, tape would have worked too. It was SO comfortable, and moved beautifully in the bottom when I walked. If you are looking for something simple, comfortable, and classy, this dress is a great option.
