Oversized destroyed tie-dye SWEATER
This just felt off. The frayed parts didn’t look cool, just weird. The fit was quite large, and it is SWEATER knit, so the weight doesn’t mesh with the style. Not sure what they were going for with this one…

Bizarre fit
This was just WAY too long in the torso--and I have a long torso. The top part was too big in the chest, good at hips, but again, too long at the legs--not sure who this is made for.

Every lump and bump on display!
The color of this is nice. It was just a tad short-torso'ed on me, but I have a longish torso. But the fabric is NOT forgiving, and I am not sure how shapewear would work under it--I think you'd actually SEE any outlines from the shapewear.

This looks a little too maternity on me. Just removing the cap sleeves would have done a lot to make this cuter. The weight is good for September, and my tween actually wanted to try it on (unusual!), but I felt frumpy in it.

Heavier weight and kinda meh
So these are very soft and warm, but are just very BASIC, which means they depend on an awesome fit. I have pretty muscular legs, and the section with the pockets near the top just pulled enough that I didn't really want to wear them. They are also pretty thick--more of fall-into-winter rental than a spring-into-summer pick.

Soft and warm!
I loved this--super soft, very warm, the color a cross between grey and brown--and wore it easily 10 times while I had it. The fit is oversized without being ridiculous, so even though I am more of a small, I liked the XS fit (and bc it's pretty warm, you don't need a ton of layers). Held on to it hoping the price would drop lower...but no such luck! Would def rent again.

Cute sweater for a cold St Pat's Day
I rented this to wear it on St Patrick's Day bc why not? It's really cute, a vibrant green color and boxy without being enormous. It was also pretty warm--good for colder days. Would totally rent again!

TOO LONG sleeves
This is adorable, and I love the color. Body-conscious fit without being too much. But the sleeves are so long it is unwearable. Because they bell out, you can't push them up and I tried folding them up but it looked terrible. If your arms are very long, maybe this is the dress for you? Such a shame, bc otherwise I really liked it.

Bizarre cut
This did not fit AT ALL. HUGE on top, batwing-like sleeves and pockets that hit me just above the knee. I should add that the hips/legs are NOT huge, so if you are pear-shaped, this dress may well be snug n that area, even if you are SWIMMING in the rest of it!

Huge and too-formal material
This runs BIG, and the fabric has a silky feel and is a true off-white with yellowy tones. So it didn't work for me, as I was thinking a casual white dress.

I was looking forward to these, thinking they'd be comfy loungewear that had a little extra style, but they were very disappointing. The fabric--while soft--is HEAVY, and stretches out easily, making the feel awkward as well as the fit. For context, they stretched out substantially during the 20 minutes or so I had them on to try them on--I can't imagine how they'd fare over a whole day of wear. Went back quickly!

Ready for takeoff!
I thought this would be a cute, trendy update to a basic grey sweater, but the puffy sleeves are just too much. I have smaller shoulders and a pear-shaped body, and my thought was that the sleeves would provide balance, but they instead looked like I was sprouting wings! Thumbs down. Sizing was accurate--the M was a 4-6 fit, even though I often opt ( in other clothes) for a small.

Colorful glamour
This is a *beautiful* dress, colorful and with some metallic glimmer here and there. Fully lined but lightweight--this has more of a late spring/summer feel. Fitted but not constricting. Definitely special occasion, but because of the bright colors, works during the day. I'm 5'4" and it was a true midi length. I loved this and will likely try to rent it again!

Cute and comfy
I wore this as an everyday dress and liked it a lot. The material is heavy enough without being hot, and the fit is forgiving. It has pockets, not really deep enough to hold a phone, but you could throw a key or a mask in there. I'm going to try the smaller size, bc I think I'd like the fit more if the top was snugger, but I'm very pear-shaped.

A bit much
So...I rented this on a whim, and even thought I should get 2 sizes to make sure it fit. Turns out, it's just too much on me. All the camo! The cargo pockets! The deep, deep V! And the surprising length of the pants (I am 5'4" and these bag at my ankles, nothing like the length on the model). I think you'd have to be pretty adventurous and confident to pull this off. Also, the small was totally big enough--didn't even try the medium, so I think this may even run a bit large.

Teeny tiny waist
I was *very* excited about this jumpsuit, but the waist was very small--I could zip it, but wasn't comfortable. The top is thick enough to go braless and the pants are very flowy (and forgiving of big hips and muscular legs), but you would need a tiny (pre-pregnancy in my case) waist. Nice color combo, especially for cooler skin tones.

Too big on top
This was cute, but the combo of it being a little baggy on top with the very light-colored fabric under the medallion overlay made it frumpy on me. I am pear-shaped, so it would be a better fit for someone who was more hourglass.

Too much like a bathrobe
I thought this would be the right thing to wear to a fancy-ish dinner fundraiser, but it looked too much like a bathrobe (and even though the fit is TTS, it *looks* large on). I think it would be perfect to wear to an Ivy League tailgate in the fall as a wacky statement piece that would keep you warm, but it's just not dressy enough to take seriously.

Not as dressy as I'd hoped
The velvet on this is ribbed, and it makes the whole look much more casual. Also one of the straps on the one I got had been mended, and there was a noticeable bump where it had been reattached. In person, I had a hard time envisioning what event this would work for.

Perfect sweater dress!
I love a good sweater dress and this one is exceptional. I have held on to it for ages and worn it at least 6 times. The fabric is light and it's warm without being heavy, and the shape is lovely, with the flare at the bottom making it very easy to move in. The sleeves are on the snugger side if that it something that bothers you. I would totally buy it if it were a less expensive!

Cute holiday sparkler
I wore this to a holiday cocktail party in an office and it was perfect--comfortable, cute, sparkly without being too much for a party with some kids at it. It falls above the knee and the knit is substantial and stretchy. The sparkles are multicolored, so the effect is more playful. I have a pretty small rib cage and a short distance between the top of my shoulder and the bottom of my boobs, so people who are bustier might need to size up--this was on the snug size of just right for me.

Not great for pear shapes
I rented this right away bc I thought the cut would be super flattering for my pear shape with the wide neckline and the 2-piece skirt to camouflage my hips. But the underskirt is VERY FITTED and VERY VISIBLE, so it was very unflattering--noticeable bumps for my belly and the top of my thighs. The top looked great, and the fabric was thick and very stretchy, so it didn't feel terrible, but there was no way it would have worked on me.

Perfect dress for Rosh Hashanah services
Even though I dislike short sleeves, this was the perfect fall dress to wear to High Holidays services. Comfortable and put-together, with a great fall palette and flowy skirt. Would rent again for something similar!

Adorable, but baggy in the chest
I love this dress--it's a beautiful (and unusual) color combo and summery and even has adjustable straps and pockets. My husband loved it. I was waiting to see if the price would go down to buy it. But in the end I didn't, because the chest is just too big. It made me self-conscious every time I put it on. I should add that the fabric is thin enough that I wore a strapless bra; otherwise you could see my nips through the fabric.

Elegant with a slightly tight neck
I like basics with good shapes, and this fits the bill. The fabric is high enough quality to sit and move nicely. My one beef is with the high neck; the very top felt a little constricting, so I only wore it once. If it weren't for that, I might have bought it.

Pretty dress!
This is a lovely crisp maxi dress for hot weather. When I put it on, my 2-yr-old said, "Pretty, pretty dress, Mommy!" It does, however, run large--I picked the 10 (English sizing; I am a small 6 in real life), and I would definitely size down to an 8 next time.

Maybe good if pregnant?
I could tell that this would be flown, so I ordered down a size. But it was still huge!!! There was a LOT of fabric. If I were pretty pregnant, I think this would be flattering, and the thickness of the material would work to make me feel covered without feeling to hot. At 5'4", there was just too much material--I was swimming in it!

This small was TINY. I am short from shoulder to waist, and this sat significantly above my waist. I thought it was cute, so I might try the medium, especially bc the smocking might mean that size wouldn't be too loose in the bust.

Meh in every way: the color is not as striking in person. The sleeves are slightly tight at the top and heavy and adorned with big brass buttons at the bottom. The shape is very squarish. It didn't look terrible, but it looked really mediocre. With most things that don't look great on me, I can see how they might be great on someone else, but not with this one. Really meh.

More like a maternity top than a dress
Because of the short, boxy shape, this "dress" felt more like a maternity top that you'd wear over leggings. This was heightened by the drawstring Empire waist at the back--it might be a nice rental either pre- or post-partum. Returned without wearing--unusual for me with this brand.

Teeny tiny top
I am between a 4 and a 6, and the deciding factor is nearly always the cut of the bottom of the dress, because I am pear-shaped with fairly athletic legs. So I thought this dress, with a fuller skirt, would be a no-brainer. But the top of the 4 was TINY. Like, bursting open over B-cup boobs tiny. It was so small, I double-checked that it was the 4. And the skirt part was fine--the top of this dress is just surprisingly small.

Charity luncheon but lumpy lining
I rented this for an annual women's charity lunch and it really checked all the boxes--springy, colorful, stretchy fit, conservative but playful--this is perhaps the first time that the dress I saw first and thought "this is perfect!" really did seem to be perfect. When it arrived, it fit like a glove and even my husband thought it was exactly the right thing. That said, I didn't enjoy WEARING the dress at all because the lining moved all over the place and made me look much lumpier than I am. Even though the outer fabric is thick and stretchy, it didn't help keep the lining in place. Every time I moved, the lining moved, creating unflattering lumps that made me uncomfortable and self-conscious. So I wouldn't rent again.

Too matronly
I rented this thinking I'd wear it to an after-work development/cocktail party at my daughter's school. But instead of a crisp, dressy-without-being-too-dressy outfit, it just made me feel like a homely extra on the early seasons of Mad Men. So I sent it back. A few notes: it was the sleeves--too much fabric--that put it over the edge, but the stiffness of the fabric made the fullness of the skirt unflattering as well.

Cute but squeaky
The fit on this is so flattering, and the knit hood softens up the look. But bc of the patent leather it makes a rubbing, squeaking sound EVERY TIME YOU MOVE. It was too much for me, so I sent it back. Also to note: the vents at the sleeves button (rather than zip), and the pockets are too *tiny* for even a small phone--you definitely need a bag with this jacket.
