It fit beautifully and was comfortable
…but I wore another dress. This one was very matronly on me. I felt like I would blend in with a crowd for sure. Conservative.

This dress is comfortable and easy to dance in. I wish it had been a little shorter on me by a couple of inches, I think it would’ve been a little more flattering in the legs. but I am only 5’5” so long dresses usually run a little long on me.

Adorable and sexy
I put the fit is true to size but the straps are really long. I had to pin them about an inch shorter. The fit on me was loose but I really like that it was super sexy without being constricting and it was so comfortable.

Flattering and just different enough
Fit was comfortable and flattering around the middle with the rouching and ruffle. Also stretchy! Stood out in a sea of LBDs and sequins for NYE. Definitely recommend.

Comfortable butter-soft knit, flattering fit
If there was a Fit choice between "true to size" and large, I might select "a tad bit large". At 5'5" 120lbs, I consider myself Small but not XS - unless there is an XXS to choose from, and in this case there isn't. I also have a long torso and it's difficult for me to find sweaters that fall nicely at the hip, this one does. I would buy it, but its too pricey for me at this point.

I'ma big Amanda Uprichard fan and this dress is no exception
Amanda Uprichard's designs are deceptively simple - almost plain. Yet they are somehow so flattering on the body. Her short dresses and jumpers are really short though so I should have know to size up with this dress as I rented it for work. Im 5'5" and the Small hit mid-thigh and rides up when sitting. Luckily it's fall, so I wore it with opaque brown pantyhose - the traditional smooth type - and the look was perfect, cute but not revealing. The dress material is not heavy, so I don't think textured tights would be the best choice. The color is unique, like nothing else in my closet. I highly recommend the dress.

The color and weight of the fabric made up for the not-so-perfect fit
The Pros: The gorgeous periwinkle blue, the high thread count in the fabric does make it heavier, but results in a nice drap on the body and a high quality look and feel. These two things made up for.... The Cons: I'm 5'5" and 122 lbs and have a slim hips - kind of boyish. Anyway, the waist was about 3 inches too big (really) and everywhere else the fit was spot on. I made up for it by wearing a belt, but it bunched up around the waist, so I wore these with a blazer or longer sweater cardigan to hide that. I found the overall looser fit and nearly straight leg to be sort of "mom-like". After about three wearings, I figured out that I could fold the leg openings under about 2 inches and because of the fabric weight, they stay folded - an instant hem! This cropped look was much more flattering on me, in my opinion.

Solid Work dress, great fit and all day comfortable
I felt the fit was very flattering and perfect for work not too short. I had to pin the wrap top to prevent it from gaping open. A cami probably would've worked too but I didn't try that. Fabric is cute and a nice weight, lined, which I love. Honestly this dress is perfect for work but I guess I wasn't left feeling I can't live without it. Maybe I'll rent again and change my mind.

Best white jeans I've ever worn
Great quality, no show through, snug fit but the fabric is soft and forgiving so they don't feel like a sausage casing. I love these! I will be renting them again.

Loved these and would have purchased but as other reviewers mention, the waist is very small relative to the fit overall. They were wearable, and looked fine but after a nine hour workday I couldn't wait to take them off!

Very pretty dress and on trend with the cold shoulder and eyelet
This dress was practically brand new, yet I had to tack down with some quick stitches the little triangle pieces around the shoulder that had come undone and were kind of sticking up (you're welcome Rent The Runway). I don't think the dress is poor quality, but it is delicate. Not sure how many time it will stand up to wear and dry cleaning. Anyway, it was delightful to wear - no bra needed as it's well-lined across the bust. The fit for me was perfect, but I am a small C cup and anything larger would not have fit very well as the fabric has no stretch. If you are busty I would go up one size.

Like most of the jewelry on this site, the quality is much more apparent in person than in photos. this "Miami Bright" yellow went perfectly with the Clover Canyon dress I rented.

Beautiful Brights, Unique Print
I chose this dress because it seemed like a design and style that would be flattering and and an easy fit (stretchy, forgiving, etc.) It did not disappoint. Fit was flawless, and the busy bright print covered any flaws, bumps or lumps :-) I definitely recommend it as a dress to choose when you can't try on first. The colors are vivid and beautiful and my photo does not do them justice. In my photo, the colors are much more muted than in real life. I would describe the look as "Miami brights" very trendy and on point for summer 2014. I had a lot of anxiety about renting from RTR after reading Yelp reviews. I read many reviews stating dresses arrived very used and worn. I purposly chose a dress that was "recently listed" because of this. I wanted to reduce my chances of getting a worn out dress. This one arrived looking very new, maybe worn one or twice at most. Other reviewers were "stuck" with nothing to wear when their dresses arrived and wear unsatisfactory so I planned ahead by packing an "plan B" dress in my luggage; an eased pack polyester (read: no wrinkles) dress I've worn before, and rather not wear again but would keep me from having a "crisis". All in all my rental experience was flawless. I will say, I tried calling RTR a few times (because I kept changing my mind on my rental) and they pretty much never picked up the phone after 4 PM Pacific time. Just FYI. Thankfully I never had to contact them for an urgent matter or it would have been very frustrating..
