Decent Enough Coat
I rented the medium as was between sizes and the small was not available - this was a mistake and was too large to be wearable. On the plus side, the coat is lined which makes it more comfortable to wear, though the lining is thin. I also liked the dusky pink tone more than I expected.

bath robe coat
Maybe this would have been a bit better if this had been a little smaller and so a better fit, however the shape of the coat (with little shaping around the waist), the lack of any lining, and the bunching of the belt led this to look like a bathrobe. Worse still the material is the texture of too-old bath towels that have been washed too often.

Simple dress
The dress fit me well but the photo and name gave me the impression that there would be some shimmer in the dress. Instead it is just a black and white weave with a mix of black and white where they meet. It is a heavy fitted stretch fabric and so I would rent in the winter for work.

Lightweight top
Loved the print on this and the loose fit, which was still flattering, but was not the easiest to wear as the open neck would slip a bit low if I wasn't careful. As I like my clothes to be fuss free it went back quicker than it would have otherwise done.

Good quality flared dress
Fit was true to size. Good quality heavy material and an easy to wear but slightly unusual color. Only wore once as an unfortunately placed pleat at the front made my stomach seem two sizes larger than it is. One the right person (likely taller than me) it would look great.

Solid work dress
I am rarely able to wear shift dresses as a pear shape but this has just enough waist vs hip definition to look flattering and not ride up. The print made it more interesting than a solid dress.

Beautifully made dress
This is a really simple, beautifully made dress with heavy material. It is a bit boxy for my short stature which is why I only wore it once before returning. I think it would look better on a taller person.

flattering work dress
I liked the blue/grey mix of this dress - makes a change from black. Also, the short sleeves were flattering and meant that I could wear without a blazer/cardigan. Skirt fit properly at waist and heavyish material and flared shirt were flattering.

Workhorse of a Bag
This is a basic roomy tote with a zippable inside pocket. I like that it is not separated into too many compartments and so you can carry pretty much anything you need. As a result I used it many times. I liked having the dark teal color for winter - it makes a change from the usual neutrals. The only reason it gets 4 starts is that there is no 'wow' factor to make it 5 - no inner lining, no unusual details, just your nice basic, work tote.

Flattering basic work dress
I wore this a few times for work and would have worn more had the weather not finally turned warm. This is a heavy knit dress which has enough shape and weight to be flattering. As it is sleeveless I needed a jacket/cardigan to make it appropriate for the office & air conditioning. The pattern makes it more interesting than many other knit dresses I have seen.

Tan work bag
This is a good solid work bag, really good for carrying a lap top and documents. The 3 compartments inside made it unsuitable for carrying wider items. I had expected it to be more orange in color based on the photo. It is tan with orange lining. The community photos are true to color.

Nice dress but not for my body type
This looks like an A-line dress in the photos but is actually straight down with a kick at hip level. I am certain it would look nice on other shapes but with this shape and the thick fabric it was very unforgiving.

Runs Small - Recommend Sizing Up
This is a nice sweater - not too thick - for late winter/spring. For me it has enough interest to stop it being too basic. I am usually a small but got the medium as the small was not available. I am very glad that I did. It runs small and the medium was a perfect easy fit.

Cute Tote Bag with nice details
Rented this tote bag for the month as an everyday work bag. It worked well - roomy - fits papers and a laptop, nice color for winter (true to photo) and nicely detailed lining, inside pocket, fastener etc.

Solid work dress for taller women
Rented this as part of Rent The Runway update. While the top half fit well, the skirt was for too long and voluminous for my 5' 3" and so it was not a success. It would be a good fit for someone several inches taller. There was a stitch in the top half to prevent any gaping, which is a good thing.
