Rented this as a backup.
Striking color, conservative style. Did not wear because my first-choice dress was less conservative, which was what I wanted for my event. This dress would be great for mother-of-the-bride or a conservative event. Very flattering for pear/athletic build.

More compliments on this dress than any dress. Ever.
I'm 5'11, 165 pounds, Bust 38A, pear/athletic build. I'm obviously not easy to fit, and I did not expect this dress to fit because it is listed as size 10. But, the dress fit well remarkably, not too snug in hips, just a bit too loose in bust, but easily fixed with push up strapless bra. When my 27 year old daughter saw me, she said, "Hot Damn, Mom!" The length was fine even with two-inch heels. This dress is classy, yet party and dance-friendly. Will definitely rent again.
