Very cute but bulky
I would only recommend this for over a very fitted outfit or dress. If not you will be feel like you are wearing football pads. I wore it over a very fitted formal dress and loved it. Tried to wear it again with jeans and felt enormous so didn't wear.

A huge ruffle over the bust. If you are curvy you may not like this dress. It was also very snug in the chest. I would recommend for a/b maybe c cup

As others have mentioned there is a lot of material on the top of this dress and it is short so keep that in mind when choosing a size. if you are between sizes, size down.

Wore it to dinner en blanc and it was perfect
As previous reviews stated the zipper does require an extra set of hands. I would not size down here unless you are very small frames or have a small bust. Otherwise dress was great! It was comfortable too!
