Okay skirt.
Really cute skirt. I'm a 22" waist and the xs was huge on me. I pinned it in the back to stay on me. The inner lining layer is a jersey material and hot! It was about. 75-80* at the outdoor wedding and I was hot! Also it's about tea length on th model but hit me about mid-calf and I am average height. 5'4". Overall it was an okay skirt.
