Couldn't wear
Didn't end up wearing this because I lost weight for my own wedding and then this was too big for my best friends' wedding that I was in 2 weeks later. I contacted RTR support, but unfortunately couldn't get a smaller size in such a short time frame. A shame because it's a gorgeous dress!

This dress is super cool from a structural perspective, especially the skirt of it. However the "straps" were too long, so the chest area was too big, gaped at the sides, and was therefore unsupportive. Perhaps a 4 would've been better for me, I'd suggest sizing down with your backup size if you rent this dress. In this photo I am wearing the 6.

Didn't get to wear :(
I didn't get to wear this beautiful dress because the bust area was surprisingly too loose (this is not a problem I usually encounter as a 32F hahah), and the straps were way too long and not adjustable. Maybe a small would've worked better for me, but I'm not really sure if the straps would have been that much shorter. As a side note, luckily RTR is amazing and they shipped me alternate dresses to wear to my event when I was swimming in both of these sizes.

Bright & comfy dress
The colors are super vibrant, and dress is comfortable and lightweight - I wasn't overheating in 80 degree Texas weather. However the fabric wrinkles so easily and I could not get the wrinkles out with an iron. The bows were also difficult to tie and make look good, so I removed some stars for that. Maybe steaming would be a better option in the future?

Sparkly holiday dress
Rented this dress for a formal med school event and loved it! Ironically my only pic is from trying it on. I was nervous because I typically don't look great in super form fitting things, and have never worn a totally sequined dress before, but it wasn't clingy and had a good weight to it. I got slightly overheated inside at the party bc of the thicker material, but when outside in December in NYC I wasn't freezing, and only had a small leather jacket. The slit was a good height.

Long story aside, I liked this dress and its silhouette/color. But be warned, the front is a DEEP v. It doesn't look that and I am pretty busty (32 F), but I was not prepared for how much cleavage I would have on display, which got worse when sitting down. The dress doesn't have much give in the top; I had to wear the M because my chest was too big for the S, but because of this it was supportive enough to go braless. I did have to wear spanx because the midsection is not the most forgiving.

Having a random stranger yell that she "loved my dress" while leaving the reception
I can't say enough good things about this dress! It looks amazing, and you should rent it. I got the 6 and the 8, and in scrambling to get dressed to catch the shuttle to the ceremony, I put the 8 on thinking it was the 6. By the time I had realized what happened it was too late to change, but the 6 would have been better solely because the chest would have been tighter (I found myself having to pull up the strapless side of the 8 a few times throughout the evening). There's a short liner at the top that likes to pop out which is annoying, but likely not a problem with a tighter bust area. The dress was also longer on me than I expected it to be, but I prefer that length so I was perfectly happy with it. For reference I am 5'6" and a 32G, and I did not wear a bra with this dress and felt supported, although you may want petals or pasties because it was fairly obvious when I was cold. The zipper is great, which I mention because I have previously rented dresses with impossibly difficult zippers.

Wish I owned this dress!!
This dress is incredible. I'm always sort of a crapshoot when it comes to sizing, so I got the M and the S, but the S fit perfectly. The dress has minimal give so it took a little bit of effort to get it over my hips/relatively nonexistent butt, (so if you have a nice booty maybe size up), but it's a thick fabric that hides any sort of flaws, and it doesn't ride up. It is more brown/dark in person than red for sure, but it made me feel amazing and I totally wish I owned it!

Everyone told me I needed to own this dress!
I wore this dress to my Uncles' wedding in an art gallery, and loved it! It's a super comfortable dress, the fabric is the perfect thickness, it allows you to wear normal undergarments and spanx (although a racerback bra would be preferable, my bra straps peeked out an little bit sometimes because of the cut), and the embroidery is gorgeous! There were guests at this wedding that I haven't seen since I was 2 years old, and everyone told me that I needed to own this beautiful dress. The only reason I'm deducting a star is because it tends to crease a little awkwardly in the midsection and because the zipper is super difficult to zip past the waist - the fabric is thicker there and the zipper is tiny. Overall I would totally rent this again, provided that I have someone willing to struggle with the zipper for me.

Amazing dress!
This was my birthday rental for the year and it was awesome! Super comfortable and very cute, but VERY long. I'm 5'6" and was wearing 3 inch heels, and I had to pick up the dress when I walked for fear of tripping on it. I wish I could buy it and just hem it though, it's amazing!

Random strangers demanded to know where I got this dress!
This dress is even more beautiful in person, and the fabric is quite thick and comfortable. I also literally had a random woman from a different wedding demand to know where I had gotten it while I was washing my hands in the bathroom! I had to remove a star because the zipper is, quite frankly, the worst dress zipper I have ever encountered. The dress fabric is really thick where the band is at the waist, and the zipper is so tiny and awful that it's incredibly difficult to zip, even when there is ample fabric to do so. On the plus side, I usually avoid dresses with cut out backs because I am a 34G; however I was able to get away with this dress and not wearing a bra, while still feeling supported and able to dance. As long as you have at least one other person willing to tackle the zipper with you, I recommend this dress :) This was also my first RTR experience, and it was amazing! Everything came on time and was super easy to return in the garment bag.

Pretty stud earrings
Super pretty stud earrings! Unfortunately this is the best picture I have of them, but I got compliments on them from total strangers at my friend's wedding. I have sensitive ears but these weren't heavy or irritating in any way, which was great because that's always one of my concerns when it comes to larger earrings.
