Paired with fitted, flared jeans, a navy cashmere sweater and a navy cashmere scarf, this jacket made the look casual yet chic. I wore it for an evening out and everyone loved it. The fit is tailored and true to size and it is a little warmer than I thought, which worked well.

This is a polished sweater vest which fits well and flatters, and whose trim is not just decorative but accentuates the waist. I wish I had taken photos of the several outfits I used this piece for--part of the fun of RTR for me is to rediscover my own stuff and this vest helped! I will probably rent it in the near future.

I wore it with long light wool pants, and blue/black chunky heel ankle boots, and it worked beautifully: it was comfortable, easy, and eye-catching. A random woman on the street stopped to tell me how cute this blouse was. That doesn't happen often in NYC. Bonus: because of the color, it also goes with black. Drawback: the feeling of polyester on the skin.

The shirt felt like an apron when tied in the back (with constant adjustment needed for short back to stay under the ties) and, when tied in the front, it felt like a flamenco dancer belt with a knot. The solution was to combine it with a light sweater, also with ties, and tie them together, loosely, in the front. It became a cute outfit for everyday without the fuss.
