DVF dresses make any woman feel beautiful.
I am a 36F, so the dress does work for the very busty. The dress is low cut and is very flowy. Fashion tape is a lifesaver.

We had a Hollywood Glamour themed party and this dress was a hit!! I felt so glamorous in it too!
The dress has a little stretch, so going up a size is not recommended. You want it snug and form fitting. It was a little on the short side, even the long, but I wore short heels/danced barefoot. So it worked out ok for me. I did have a little chafing on the undersides of my arms, but I did Dance for most of the night.
