I have small ears so these were probably a little too big for me, but still not too heavy or uncomfortable. I wore them all night at a wedding and reception.

It was the perfect length, made of quality materials with a little give, and had a very flattering cut. I loved the open back on this dress! Made sure to wear my hair up to show it off. Was fine without a bra (just petals) due to the thickness and dark color of the material. I wore this to a friend's wedding where my husband was a groomsman - it was a little bulky to dance in but kept me warm while he was doing pictures, etc. that I wasn't involved in.

Absolutely loved the color and fit of this dress. It was a great length and the high neckline was a good counter for the sexy lace back. I was so comfortable in this dress all day; I rented for grad school commencement and the party we hosted afterward. Was easy to sit in for hours and did great during all the subsequent mingling! December graduation meant I needed to wear tights with it (I opted for a pair with a control top that ended just below the lacy part) but the material was actually pretty warm so the sleevelessness wasn't an issue. Skipped a bra due to the exposed back (I did get pasties to keep the headlights in check) and was fine. Would definitely recommend!!

Great dress for a more formal, but not black tie, wedding. I wish I had a photo of the back - I loved the closure at the top and the two columns were very dramatic, the only thing that could have made them better was if they laid a little flatter. Like other reviewers, I went bra-less in this dress and it was fine. I secured it with a couple pieces of double-sided dress tape and kept an eye on it, though. Only had to re-stick it a couple of times :) My biggest criticism of the dress is that the fabric had no give whatsoever in it. So it looked great and was very comfortable while I was standing, but when I sat down I kinda had to hike it up to make room for my big hips, causing the slit to ride wayyy up my thigh! I sat really close to my date all during dinner to hide it!! Or made sure it was covered with my napkin or the wrap I had brought. One other thing was that the top definitely lists in one direction. The pics of the model make it look like the V should come down in the center of your chest but I found it to be pretty asymmetric. This wasn't an issue but just a note for future renters to embrace the slant when you are securing the dress with tape (if you decide to go that route). All in all a great dress and excellent first RTR experience! Looking forward to the next one.
