On my long torso, the turquoise blue part flounced out at a high point on my torso, making my waistline look larger -- which is not ideal! And although I am a B+/C-, I found it very fitted through the chest. I gave it 3 stars because on the right body type this would be a fun top.

I gave this shirt two stars for the details and fun pattern, both of which add some variety to a wardrobe. But the two main issues are that 1) this runs short-ish, from shoulder to hem, and 2) the bottom of the shirt is quite fitted. If you have a long torso and/or any muffin top, you'll be fiddling with it the whole time. I tried it on with high waisted trousers, and it worked more or less, but I just couldn't commit to wearing it because I didn't want to be pulling it down all day long. Additionally, if a long torso and muffin top are not issues for you (!) and you decide to rent it anyhow, I will note that the slit in front goes down pretty far, so if your office is conservative, this won't work.

I loved the lace detailing on this, but the sleeves were bell-like and large at the cuffs--even though they didn't seem meant to be bell-like. If I owned it I would have had them tailored. I found this aspect distracting/not quite right each time I tried to wear it, and only actually wore it once over the course of a month, as a result.
