I usually wear a 16, but I've been fitting into 14s lately so I ordered both as a let's-just-see. The 14 was noticeably big on me but still looked decent enough to wear to the winter wedding I'd planned to. It is very large in the chest, to the point that my low bra kept peeking up above the sweetheart neckline of the dress and was visible through the embroidery and mesh, which made me constantly pull it down all night long to try and keep it out of pictures. The top clasp came undone while dancing several times and I had to keep going to the bathroom during the reception. It is a beautiful dress and I received many compliments, but with the size being that much bigger than I expected, I didn't feel as comfortable and carefree as I should have been to enjoy the evening.

I felt like a superstar in this dress. The body of the dress fit perfectly. I'm extremely self conscious about my stomach in tighter clothes but this was such a flattering fit. I did wind up pinning the chest up higher. It is EXTREMELY low cut and I wasn't going to the type of event where I should have been showcasing the girls to that degree. But overall I had a phenomenal night because this outfit had me feeling so gorgeous, sexy, and confident.

Cute on the model, definitely not a dress for me. The fit on the arms was so tight that I wasn't able to move them up or down and barely was able to zip it. The size "running small" is an understatement.

This dress was the hit of the party! I got countless compliments all night long, even from guests I'd never met! It was a last minute exchange and something I never would have picked out for myself, but it was simply beautiful. I'm generally a 14/16, but 18W was the only size in store available at the time, and trying it on felt like if I had actually been a size smaller that it could have been tight but I can't be sure. Also, this might just be me, but beneath the arms the hole sat a little lower than I thought and my bra continued to poke up. My arms are a big insecurity of mine anyway, so please ignore the black shawl I have on in the photo. But for being so ornately decorated and appearing heavy, I spent the afternoon of an August wedding outdoors and the whole night inside dancing and feeling incredibly comfortable. It was definitely an unforgettable night, a lot due in part to my new favorite dress. Do I really have to send it back?
