Ended up wearing a different dress
The white flowers on the stomach area of the dress tend to cup perfectly around anything extra you may have there.

Didn't wear, glad I got a back up
I rented the xl and got xxl as a back up. On the xl the hips on the built in slip was so tight that I couldn't move my legs, but then I sized up to the xxl it felt like I was wearing a bag. Felt very matronly. This dress made me feel more round than than elegant. The slips are extremely short inside, and probably would have just been pulling it now all night

Just watch your boobs
Fits just right, has some stretch and the straps are adjustable. Sadly the boob area moved around a lot for me...as you can see it looks like my boob is completely out at this angle....
