I'm usually a 2-4 in other dresses and clothes, I read the review that this runs small so I ordered a size up. I could not zip this up. Luckily my alternate dress fit me.

My original dress ran into technical difficulties and customer service let me pick another dress to replace it. THIS DRESS WAS SO MUCH BETTER THEN MY ORIGINAL! This dress is the shiz! I pulled it out of the box - no wrinkles! It's super blue and luminescent. Also, I didn't have to wear a bra with this- the draped fabric in front hides any peaky nips. It was rather roomy in the hips and fairly snug in my shoulders, but this dress stayed on like a pro! Pro tip: I went without super tall dress shoes because this dress does a good job of hiding them. Went with some sensible ankle boots about 1.75 inches, it skimmed the floor a bit and I sometimes had to do a little "kick-walk" to avoid tripping on it, but everybody else was trippin' all over it.

This dress is absolutely gorgeous. I got compliments from the dry cleaners, people on the street, people at the event, my parents. Up close, the fabric seems to be a made of a woolen texture which makes it very durable and not so easily wrinkled from sitting down. I had to practice a bit with how to sit with it (you pull it up and to the side). I wore a skinny gold metal belt with it because it was just a little too plain for me. At my height, it was trailing on the floor a bit. A 2-inch heel would be enough walk in, I wore a 3-inch because I didn't want to get it dirty. Had it pressed at the dry cleaners to give it extra poof. The first picture is the 4R & unpressed because my parents wanted to see how it looked on me. The second picture is the 2R was a bit snug, which was the fit I was looking for. 4R fit like a glove and I should've warn that instead.
