Absurdly Oversized
This is a perplexing garment. So. Much. Fabric. Did not wear, but laughed aloud in bewilderment as I tried in vain to make it look like the photo. If I’d decided to wear it, I’m sure I would’ve been very comfy, though. Nothing restrictive here, lol.

Ran Small on Top; Zero Give
This is tighter than all my other Lilly dresses of the same size; like almost a full size smaller in the bust/waist. Zero stretch, on top of running small. I would’ve loved to have worn it, but I would’ve needed to size up a whole size to get a flattering/comfortable fit, especially in the bust.

Not Ideal for Bigger Cup Sizes
This dress is very pretty, but it is not ideal for bigger chests. I didn’t wear it because it just wasn’t flattering on top. It didn’t drape properly and my bra was actually far more conspicuous under the arms than it was in the nearly-open back (the hooked mid-back area was just enough to obscure a two-hook bra clasp on me, and could’ve been further guaranteed with double-sided dress tape, but I imagine that might vary depending on torso length and bra position). I just think it would’ve looked better on a less-curvy body type… or at least not a G-cup.

I loved this so much I rented it twice!
I've rented this twice, and seriously need to buy it. I have worn it to dinner out in NYC, to a concert in Nashville, to Thanksgiving dinner in Appalachia, and to my son's preschool party. If that doesn't just about cover every conceivable occasion, I don't know what would. I added a lacy cami underneath for the family events, and let the cleavage show for the date night.

Great all-purpose dress!
I wore this to my son's piano recital. I took lots of pictures of him, but none of myself - oops. It fits true to size and is appropriate for work, church, dinner out... anything! It's perfect for any time you want to be reasonably modest, but still want to look pretty.

Loved it, but didn't wear it!
This dress is gorgeous, and very well-structured. It has no stretch, and the bodice has boning that really works to hold everything in and up. The split allows easy movement below the hips. I felt it was a bit smaller on me than I wanted, though, and opted to wear a different RTR dress.

Perfect dress for a daytime wedding!
I wore this to a daytime wedding in early fall. I wasn't sure what temperature to expect, but it turned out to be a very hot day with an outdoor reception. This dress was perfect because the cotton is very breathable. The wrap skirt felt relatively light and airy. Best of all, there is a hidden inner tie in the skirt that prevents wind-related wardrobe malfunctions. This dress literally cannot blow open as long as you remember to tie it. Lots of compliments in this dress; would rent it again!

Not Right for Me, But Still Cute!
This was somehow both too big (shoulders were overly wide and droopy), but the button at the fullest point of my bust gapped open no matter what I did. The torso area was okayish. I couldn't have gone down enough sizes to get the shoulder/sleeve ruffle to work; I certainly couldn't have gone up another size to let the buttons lie flat without drowning in fabric. Perhaps this is a better top for someone with an average to small chest; the cut definitely would allow for broader shoulders and/or muscular biceps. Cute top; just not for me, unfortunately.

Size Up for Curves!
This dress runs a bit small, has zero stretch, and is cut on the straight/narrow side. As an hourglass type, this meant that I definitely should've sized up. The fabric is almost sheer and not very forgiving, but the dress itself is very flattering if you get the correct size. I actually loved the look of the dress when standing with perfect posture, but couldn't comfortably have worn my usual size (14). It zipped, but that's about it. It pulled slightly at the chest and hips, showed every lump and bump in the midsection (mother of two here!), and it probably would've hurt to sit down in it. My overall impression was that the dress is super cute, that the side sash detail gave it that extra something, but that it is definitely one for curvy girls to size up in if you want to sit/eat/dance/breathe.

Perfect Black Dress!!!
This dress would be perfect for almost anything! The shoulder detail is really lovely in person and the waist wraps in a flattering way. 14L was a great length for heels -- I'm 5'10 and barefoot in photo. This dress was roomy in the bust, which was great for me at 36F, but would likely not work as well on a small cup size. Fabric has enough weight to drape well and skimmed nicely. I'll be renting this again!!!

Loved it so much I bought it!
This was my favorite rental to date (unlimited member), and the ONLY one I've bought so far! I'm 5'10, 172, 36F, and wearing the 14L with 3.75 in heels. It was perfect. I got compliments allllll night, and I was comfortable. This is a zero-wardrobe-malfunction dress, also. You stay covered and contained, whether bending or dancing or WHATEVER! This dress was classy, gorgeous, and fitted enough to be a little sexy, too!

Stands out in a sea of black dresses!
Loved this! I was still breastfeeding and losing pregnancy weight when I wore this, and it was very forgiving in the midsection. Lots of cleavage, but I was wearing a 38H and still didn't have a wardrobe malfunction, so also very secure-feeling. I got so many compliments and had a great time -- this dress is FUN. Definitely a great postpartum pick, and the long is LONG. I'm 5'10 and still wore 3-4" heels with the dress skimming the floor perfectly, so I think this could definitely work for 6'0 girls.

Not for me, but very pretty!
This is not the dress for a busty woman who has breastfed two babies, lol. The top is not structured and there is no boning, no cups, etc. the waistline is also bizarrely tight for a dress that is otherwise not. If you are perky on top with a tiny waist, this will be beautiful. Overall, probably best for either a pear shape or overall slender build, and not an hourglass or apple. The dress itself is gorgeous!

This dress was my original first choice for my friend's 40th Birthday Weekend trip. Unfortunately, my size 14 wasn't returned on time and I only got my backup size (16) in this dress -- although RTR's stellar customer service sent me an AMAZING replacement in time for my event, so no complaints. This dress is adorable, flattering, and so much fun in person. It also runs a full size too big, in my opinion. I ended up wearing a size 14 and a size 16 that weekend in other RTR dresses, so I can definitely wear both sizes... but this size 16 had room for a size 2 to climb in with me. I'm 5'10, 170ish, 36F/G, and measure 42-34-42. Typically, I have trouble getting the bust section of dresses to zip, but as you can see, I was swimming in this one. Waistline is elasticated, and has good stretch, but was also pretty loose on me. Loved the dress, but I'll try again in a 12. I'd recommend getting your true size and sizing down as your backup, unless you're smaller ok top... then maybe size down once for your primary pick and twice for your backup.

Perfect for The Greenbrier!
This dress had "Mad Men" vibes to me -- classic understated-sexy. I wore this during a friend's 40th Birthday weekend for dinner and dancing at a resort, but I feel like it could really go anywhere, depending on how much you want to dress it up. The cut was very comfortable, although it has zero stretch, so you'll probably want to size up for your backup size. I was able to wear a nude regular bra with straps and it was practically invisible even in person, but that might only be because I'm so pale that my skin AND bra matched the ivory on the dress. Standard strapless would work best. Fabric is substantial (though somewhat stiff) and will camouflage lumps/bumps, etc. Probably would've been a better dress choice for an event without dancing -- the texture of the dress didn't bother me until we started dancing, and then it rubbed the underside of my upper arms uncomfortably. Great dress to flatter an hourglass! I'm 5'10, 170ish, 36 F/G, and measure 42-34-42 for reference.

Showstopper!
This dress is a showstopper! So many compliments! The color is gorgeous, the fabric drapes perfectly, and the cut is incredibly flattering for curvy girls. I'm 5'10, about 170, and a 36F/G. My measurements are 42-34-42, if that helps. This dress accommodates a standard strapless bra, and I danced all night with zero wardrobe malfunctions. It felt very secure, and I was actually very comfortable. Fabric is substantial enough that you shouldn't have huge issues with panty lines. I didn't feel the need for any shapewear in this because it skims any lumps/bumps and doesn't cling. Might not be a great choice for the smaller-busted ladies. I had ample room in the top, which literally never happens. 100% recommend renting this dress!
