Flowy and light

I would have bought this had it not been so long!!! Very elegant, flows, perfect for hot weather even though there is a lot of fabric. Felt pretty wearing it.

A little tight around the shoulders, and I had to wear something under to not be flashing everyone. Otherwise this dress is VERY flattering and elegant. I wore it for air travel and to a family reunion, and to work.
