So many compliments
I wore this to a winter wedding and received so many compliments. I'm usually between a size 4/6 with a bigger chest, so sometimes I have issues with the top. This dress had plenty of room for a strapless bra with the cowl neck. I would say true to size or even size down if you like a more fitted look. It was the perfect length with 3" heels.
