Pretty but got issues
Dress was pretty and different, but there were some fit issues. There is too much fabric in the top. Unless you use fashion tape, your boob will most likely make an appearance (I’m taking certain movements and nipple will be visible to whoever is next to you), but the issue is that once you use tape there's nowhere for the gaping fabric to go, so you end up with wavy lines and extra bulk, unless you finagle with pins. As a mom of a 5 month old, it was too much work for me to maneuver when I didn't have the time to fuss with it, so ended up reluctantly wearing this, self conscious, and hiding the top with my hair down.

Classic, crisp dress with a perfect length. Only complaint was that it felt and looked like there used to be pockets but that they were sewn up, which left this odd poof that made my hips look bigger.

Not for certain body types
If you have a large chest you may need to reconsider or size up one or two sizes. I’m usually a 4, but gave birth in April so am 10 pounds heavier, hence I figured a 6 would be best, but the chest was uncomfortably tight. Also surprised I’m the first to say this but I also felt very matronly in this. If you have hips this can potentially give off churning butter/sister wife.

Only appropriate for beach coverup
Call me conservative, but if your crotch is completely showing when you sit down or anytime you move, that’s not a good look. The way this is cut is very odd. Forget about the fact you’ll need to wear a tank underneath, I’m shocked very few people are mentioning the fact your underwear will be seen. Maybe that’s because I sized down since it was so big, in which case, if you’re a 4 and 5’6 or taller, don’t get the 2 despite the other recs, unless you want to be consistently on crotch guard. Would make a gorgeous beach coverup though.

Nice coat, but way too oversized and boxy for me. I don’t like that look/it is not flattering on me, so couldn’t wear, but if that works for you great. Nice material and could be great on the right frame.

Hideous
Did I get the same dress as everyone giving this 5 stars? This was the most unflattering, matronly, dress I’ve ever tried on. So bad I couldn’t wear it to work as a simple black sheath. The shoulder pads are unremovable so you’ll look like a line backer and can’t hide the hideousness with a sweater or jacket. I’ve never felt less attractive in a piece of clothing. I can’t imagine wearing this if you’re under 5’7.

Totally fine turtleneck. Not sure why anyone would pay full price for this. Nothing wrong with it except it is short on the torso. I have a longer torso so probably fits most just fine (if you don’t then you will show belly if you move your arms).

Disappointed with this one, looked disheveled wearing this. If you’re going for a crisp classy look this is not for you. If you’re going for something to wear on the couch in slippers where no one will see you, fine. Super oversized, the small fits like a L or XL. Very comfortable though.

Lovely classic
Beautiful and comfortable dress. Great quality material. As others mentioned, the straps are long. It worked fine for me because I wore it with a sweater, even without it was OK but I can see how this may be even more noticeable for others with different body types. In order for my bra not to show in the front I had to let the straps be gapping in the back (covered with sweater) but if you want the straps taut then you may have some bra showing in front if you’re wearing full coverage.
