Great dress for evening event

I like this dress. The bottom of the dress can open with wind and walking, but you can pin it. Looks quality. Feels great. I used it for work and for dinner in D.C.

I have a large rib cage. This dress won't work for that body feature unless you size up. Likey the same if you have C or above bra size. I do like the material though. Looks cute.

This felt like I was wearing a curtain from a grandmothers outdated home. For fair skin, strawberry blonde hair the colors do not work. I wanted to like this one, but it isnt for me.
