Super duper tight material... like a scuba suit. Beautiful dress and the perfect length for me with heels.

I loved it, it fit my wallet and just a few extra things. I love how the strap can be worn doubled up to be short or long. Very pretty bag. I am giving it one less star only because it seemed a little worn. It wasn't as new as I would have liked- but then again it IS a rental!!
