Classy dress great for many occasions!
It was snug through the chest and shoulders but flowy in the arms. It is forgiving from the waist down.

I heard "stunning" all night! The perfect combination of classy, formal and fitted up top.
The material is high quality. I felt glamorous in it. It fits snug from the waist up and flows in all the right ways from the waist down. I liked the mid calf length on my 5'4" body.
