A little smaller than usual Ted Baker London!
I've worn Ted Baker London in the past and I'm usually a small/size 2. This was a size 4 and it was pretty snug across the chest/waist. But it still fit and looked great, and I loved it! I also think a size 6 would have been too big, and too much fabric.

The cut outs hit my body in the wrong places
I think this dress would look great on people with less curves! It made me look bigger, and I didn’t end up wearing it. It’s a bummer I think it’s beautiful and would probably look amazing on someone else !

Winter dress only!
I ended up LOVING this dress, but I am usually a 4 or a 6, and the 2 was roomie on me. Thank goodness for RTR for sending me a backup 2 last minute!! One huge downside was this dress was HOT. It would be great for winter, but even in march I was dying. I ended up having to change after dinner because I was overheating.

Huge, but fun
I wish I had gotten a small, but I suspect it still would have seemed too large. I know it's supposed to be a loose fit, but it was way too baggy to be flattering. My roommate said I looked like a dad going to Hawaii. I ended up wearing it under a coat, and that looked good.

Really had to suck it in to get it to zip all the way haha. But I love it so much, and even though it fits a little too snug I would have absolutely bought it if it was in my budget! This can definitely be dressed up or down.

Form fitting in a good way!
I sometimes wear a small or a medium, but the medium for this fit well (I don't think I could have fit a small) I wore it to work and out at night with some tights.

Fake pockets!?
I didn't really like the fabric, it's curly and weird. To me it makes it look cheap, although what do I know. Also the pockets are fake!? Whyyy!! For an overcoat I feel like you need pockets!!

I ended up loving it
When I initially tried this dress on, I was not a fan. It's not very flattering- it's shapeless and made me look larger, especially in the top and shoulders. I ended up adding a belt at the waist for the wedding. It was fine! It's a pretty dress and feels fancy. It definitely wasn't my favorite but I ended up happy and feeling pretty!

I love this dress. It's warm, which is perfect for winter-wear. I was worried it would be too short, but the length is good! The collar sticks out a bit in the back, which is kind of annoying. I would consider renting again. It's really pretty!

This dress is actually navy! It looks black on the website, so I was surprised. It's currently cold out, and I only have black tights. Not a big deal or anything, just not what I thought. It's really comfortable and easy to wear, but I don't love the material. Still would recommend!
