Material doesn't feel very nice
They didn't have my usual size 4 so I went with 2 and unfortunately, it was too small so I would say this dress runs true to size. However, the material doesn't feel very nice. It has almost like a papery texture so it's probably not great for people who are easily hot as I can imagine it'll just trap the heat and sweat.

Not forgiving around the armpit area
Fit was just right for my normal size. However, if you have flabby arms or some armpit bulge, this dress is not very forgiving. It's quite narrow around the arms so will really accentuate those problem areas.

Sizing down was a mistake
All the reviews said that this runs large so instead of getting the usual S size, I went with XS and unfortunately it was too small that I couldn't even button all the buttons. I would try renting this again in the future with more of my normal size.

Fits well and surprisingly warm
I took the advice of the other reviewers and sized down. I fluctuate between a size 2-4 and went with an XS for this. The jacket I received was then perfect size. My office AC is usually blasting at work but this was surprisingly warm, kept me cozy all day and wasn't too hot either. A great way to dress up some jeans. Some of the frilly parts around the edges were starting the fall apart, that's the only con.
