Wore this with a blazer to work. Really easy outfit. The snap that holds the chest closed kept popping open, which was annoying and inconvenient at work. Could be dressed up with jewelry and heels.

I wore it in February with black tights and booties but it could be worn with sandals in spring, too. Nice, heavy fabric; but still suitable for most seasons. The waist is really tiny. There is not a lot of room in the chest so be wary if you are above a C cup. It is also very short. If you are curvy at all, size up as a backup. I might have been more comfortable in the L.

I suggest ordering a size up. I'm 5'4" & 142 lbs postpartum so still trying to figure out my "new" size but I've been consistently wearing size 8. The 10P dress fit, but it was tight. The petite length was just long enough for a tiny heel. There is a cute little train on the back. The body has terrific boning and ruching so I didn't need spanx or even a bra. I liked that it hid my out of shape upper arms, but I didn't feel comfortable about the open neck/shoulders. I felt like I looked like a linebacker and I really do not have broad shoulders. My husband insisted it was beautiful so maybe I'm just too hard on myself. Overall, I'm glad I tried it out but I wouldn't wear it again.
