It was for a street festival. At least it was cool cotton.
The wrap style top combined with a detached waist required a lot of adjusting and made me nervous about gaps the entire time I wore it. A bra would not work with this.

I didn't wear the dress but had hoped to wear to work with boots.
Unfortunately, this dress is so unflattering, I had to send it back right away. The sleeves are excessively long and the cuffs don't button tight enough to keep at your wrists. The pleating of the skirt hits in an odd place on my long waist. Finally, the darts in the top made my breasts look weird - I even tried a couple of different bras thinking that would help - it didn't. Just an odd dress.

This dress was very easy and went from patio surfing to evening easily.
Fits a bit large and ample for women with large chests and a ruffle to cover up those of us with smaller assets.

Dress is very cute for a summer cocktail wedding or work soiree.
It runs a little small for the brand and while it zipped up, it was uncomfortable and I chose not to wear it.

I love the drape and feel of Rails. The cut is true to size but I'm always left wishing the arms were just a bit longer - but I have long arms so feel this way about almost every blouse.
